THE award-winning Nantwich Players have been entertaining audiences since 1931 - having been founded as the Nantwich Play-Reading Circle in 1927. So 2007 is our 80th anniversary year.

The theatre was converted from what was then our scenery store in the late 1970s and opened in 1983.

Nantwich Players own the theatre and we acknowledge the financial support we get from local authorities. We are also aware of the need to help the community in return. Entertaining them with our productions is one way, of course, but we also help them by hiring the theatre (see the hire page).

Our next production "How the Other Half Loves" runs from December 8th - 15th (excluding Sunday) and starts at 7.45pm.
